I have used easy method to prepare this. So lets start. To make chicken manchurian dry.you will need,

  • 300 gm minced chicken,
  • (chicken keema) 1 cup vegetables
  • finely chopped green capsicum
  • finely chopped carrots
  • finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • salt as per taste,
  • I am going to use Ching’s Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smith and Jones ginger garlic paste
  • Ching’s secret veg manchurian masala

how to make chicken manchurian dry?

Prepare chicken balls first. Put the minced chicken in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon each ginger garlic paste, dark soy sauce, salt and mix.

It is tricky to make chicken manchurian dry , but this method is quite easy. i tried this recipe last week.The chicken manchurian were tasty.

After it is mixed, make balls like this by taking a little mixture and rolling between hands. Put it in plate and make other balls too. All the balls are ready.

Now heat the oil for frying. Add the balls when the oil is heated. I have heated the oil and turned the gas medium. Fry on medium flame. Stir and fry till golden brown.

The process so far has been easy. Fry till they are golden brown like this. Now take them out., We have taken out all the balls.

Now, we will add 300 ml water in a bowl and add Ching’s secret veg manchurian masala.and mix. No lumps. Put it aside when mixed. Turn on the gas to prepare gravy. Heat the oil. When heated, add carrots, green capsicum, and onion.

Mix Fry for 2 minutes, so that the vegetables turn soft. You can use your favorite vegetables. After 2 minutes add the manchurian mixture. Add in the chicken balls too. Stir. Sim the gas when it starts boiling. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir to coat the balls properly. I have cooked it for 3-4 minutes. the gravy is thick.

If you want runny garvy, cook for 2 minutes. Turn the gas off and take it out. Garnish with spring onion. Do try it at your home. you will love it. Do tell how you liked the chicken manchurian dry recipe.
